Step 1. Connect iPhone 5S/5C/5/4S/4/3GS to computer
Now, please connect your iPhone to your computer via a USB cable. The program will react differently to iPhone 5/4S and iPhone 4/3GS.
Step 2. Scan your iPhone for WhatsApp chat history
If you are users of iPhone 5S/5C/5 or iPhone 4S, you just need to click “Start” button. The program will then start to scan both deleted and existing files for you. If you are users of iPhone 4 or iPhone 3GS, you will need to enter into the scanning mode first. Here are ways to enter into the scanning mode:

Step 3. Backup WhatsApp chat history on iPhone to computer
After the scan, you can then view all files both deleted ones and existing ones in the starting window. You can view files including the whole WhatsApp history on your iPhone now. Please tick off the items you want and click “Recover” to backup them to your computer. You can also view deleted ones in orange only if you need.
