How to save notes from iPhone to your computer

Step1. Install and run the program

No matter you use the Windows version of Wondershare Dr.Fone or the Mac version, you can save notes from your iPhone in a similar way. Next, let's take the Windows version as a try together.

After downloading the program, install and run it on your computer. The primary window of it shows as follows. Before connecting your iPhone, make sure that you have the latest iTunes installed on your computer, but don't run it. Then connect your iPhone via a USB cable.

For iPhone 5 and iPhone 4S:

For iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS: Download a plug-in first.

Step2. Scan your iPhone for notes

For iPhone 5 and iPhone 4 users, you can click Start Scan on the window of the program to scan your iPhone directly.

For iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS useres, you need to enter the device's scanning mode first. Follow the way below:

1. Hold your device, and click Start on the window.
2. Hold the Power and the Home buttons on your iPhone at the same time for exactly 10 seconds.
3. Release the Power button when 10 seconds passed, but keep holding the Home button for another 15 seconds.

Step3. Preview and save iPhone notes to computer

All data found on your iPhone are automatically classified into different categories, such as camera roll, photo stream, contacts, messages, etc. Click the category of Notes.
